Young Leaders' Girls' Brigade Leadership
 

Practical or assessment
 

  1. Plan a 6 weeks program for Cadets or Juniors

  2. Plan, prepare and lead Cadets or Juniors in an achievement

  3. Be seen by an officer at least two of the items from the "Drill" section.This comprises of

    • Know the composition and be able to be a member of a company Color Party

    • Know and be able to take Company Parade Drill

    • Know correct Brigade etiquette or protocol for official occasions.

**Young Leaders are to be observed for 6 months in these two leadership areas and presented the Blue and Green braids by their companies only after they pass this Practical or Assessment.**
